Pecora Dairy Jamberoo Mountain Blue

Hand crafted from their flock of Ewe, we have been closely working with Michael & Cressida since 2011. Jamberoo Mountain blue is a firm cheese - behind the grey rind the paste is ivory with blue marbles. The paste is supple with spicy and a pleasant earthy flavour. Jamberoo Mountain Blue  is a seasonal cheese that change throughout the year. The best time to enjoy it's in Winter time when the cheese was made from Autumn milk
