The Pines Dairy is a micro-dairy located on the South Coast of NSW since 1854. Think of lush green grass and rolling hills overlooking the sea :)

Cheese, yoghurt and gelato are only produced in small batches using the milk of their herd. 

Pearl has the delicious sweet and nutty flavour of an Alpine cheese with a distinctive sour cream element that is unique to all their cheeses. We just love the fact that this micro-dairy is only crafting a few kinds of cheese but perfecting them.
