Crafted by Charles Martell & sons since 1972, Stinking Bishop is a delicious washed rind cheese made from Gloucester breed cows. Washed with Perry, a pear cider, the cheese is dense, fudgy and rich, with a strong aroma on the sticky and stinky rind. Made with vegetable rennet.
