Maybe that’s just me… Sauteed field mushrooms, bechamel, truffle paste and enough Taleggio to spill into the pan, forming a fragile cheese tutu. This joint is operated by one of the world’s top cheesemongers so don’t consider entering unless you’re prepared to leave with a crate of irresistibly fragrant fromage.

Cheese Monger Aurore Ghigo competed in the International Best Cheesemonger Competition in June 2019 and represented Australia. She competed amongst carefully selected top cheese mongers from across the world.
Aurore now ranks in the top 10 best cheesemongers in the world, a great achievement for her first submission and entry at the competition while some contestants can wait years to be selected. Read full Bio here.
