A unique mixed milk cheese called “Robiola” in Italian. A young cheese, the wrinkly rind that is thin gives away to a soft, gooey interior. The texture is creamy, flavour subtle with lemony and grassy notes. Made at the base of the Italian Alps by Caseificio dell’Alta Langa.
