Hand-made in Devon, UK, using pasteurised milk from Quicke's own grass-fed cows and naturally aged for typically 18 months, this is a rich and crumbly cheddar. It is sharp and sweet, with hints of onion/chive and a pleasant earthy umami flavour from the initial touch of the tongue through to the aftertaste.
