Located on the Lakes way, north of Bulahdelah, Burraduc Farm milk their herds of Buffalo and process fresh cheese on the farm daily. Their hand-stretched mozzarella has taken nearly 10 years to perfect the process. Silky smooth soft cheese, of delicious pure milk. No preservatives or additives are added, so the cheese has a short shelf life. We source the cheese weekly directly from the farm
