Saucissons Australia by La Bastide takes their award-winning dry sausage recipe and turns up the heat with the addition of chilli, delivering a boldly spiced charcuterie that lingers long after the last slice. Free-range pork, salt, black pepper, wine and chilli, slow dry-cured in natural hog casings until deeply flavoured and satisfyingly firm.
The kind of thing that disappears fast on any cheese board.
How to enjoy: Slice thin and serve with crusty bread, cornichons and a bold red — a Syrah or Grenache will match the heat beautifully.

Pick up your cheeses from any of our markets or our Seaforth store. Please check the calendar at checkout for available collection dates and times.
As our store is small, we kindly ask that you arrive as close as possible to your allocated time slot.
Australia-Wide Shipping
All perishable products are carefully packed in an insulated La Boite a Fromages box with a thermal liner and airline ice packs to maintain freshness during transit.
Orders are dispatched Tuesday and Wednesday via StarTrack Premium Express next-day delivery.
Orders must be placed by 10am Wednesday to meet the weekly dispatch deadline.
As we use third-party courier services, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or day. Tracking is provided for all orders, and you will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please note that next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed for regional areas or addresses that do not receive daily mail. If you’re unsure, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
All shipping orders are sent with Authority to Leave. When selecting your delivery address, please choose a location where someone can receive the parcel promptly.
If your order is a gift, please ensure all delivery details are correct, as re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the sender.
